This FSG provides information about the financial services provided by Marketmad.com Pty Ltd [acn: 091 371 461] - trading as Invest4Profit, on behalf of DCB Nominees Pty Ltd [abn: 42 093 207 464 | AFSL: 230765].

This FSG is intended to help you in deciding whether to use the financial services we offer. We explain any relevant association or relationship, the nature of the service that we provide, details of how we are remunerated for this service, and details of procedures for dispute resolution.

Because Invest4Profit does NOT provide ‘Personal Advice' [Sec 766B(3) of the Corporations Act 2001] we are not required to provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or a Statement of Advice (SOA). If you deal with a broker they'll provide you with these documents.

Marketmad.com Pty Ltd, trading as Invest4Profit ["Invest4Profit"], is an authorised representative of DCB Nominees Pty Ltd, and is authorised to provide general advice in relation to securities on behalf of DCB Nominees Pty Ltd, to retail and wholesale clients.

DCB Nominees is the holder of AFS Licence Number 230765 and is authorised to provide general financial product advice in relation to retail and wholesale clients.

What service is provided ?

Only general financial product advice in relation to securities can be provided via the Invest4Profit website on behalf of DCB Nominees Pty Ltd.

Will the advice consider your personal circumstances ?

No. Personal advice is not provided. The advice is general advice, and it does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

Is one-on-one advice available, by email or in person ?

No. The Invest4Profit service is website access to our reports. Nothing more.

How are you paid ?

Invest4Profit is a subscriber service. Members pay a flat annual fee.

DCB Nominees Pty Ltd receives a flat fee from Marketmad.com Pty Ltd.

What commission is received ?

Neither Invest4Profit, DCB Nominees, nor their representatives receive any commission in relation to the general advice being given, nor from any of the companies whose stocks are recommended as suitable for investors or traders, nor from brokers. No commissions are received.

Are there relationships which could influence the advice ?

No. Invest4Profit, DCB Nominees and their representatives do not have any relationships that would influence the provision of the service.

Who is the advice being provided for ?

Invest4Profit provides general financial product advice to individuals who are Members on behalf of DCB Nominees Pty Ltd.

Can I instruct you to buy or sell my investments ?

No. Invest4Profit and DCB Nominees Pty Ltd do not provide a broking service.

Regarding personal details, what is recorded ?

Invest4Profit records members names and contact details only.

How are complaints dealt with?

If you have any complaints about the service, you can take the following steps.

Complaints must be sent to the compliance manager of Invest4Profit by email.

Invest4Profit will seek to resolve all complaints quickly and fairly.
